MOBILITY SAFE APP

Your Facility's Mobility
Information. Connected.

The Mobility Safe application is the staff-facing workspace for the platform. Authorized users can enter their facility environment, reach resident mobility guidance, communicate assistance needs, review alerts, and interact with tools based on their role. The experience is designed to work across compatible phones, tablets, and computers so mobility information can follow the care team instead of remaining tied to one workstation.

ONE PLATFORM

Built to Move With the Care Team.

Different parts of a facility call for different devices. A CNA moving between resident rooms may need quick mobile access, therapy may benefit from a tablet during mobility updates, and nursing or administration may prefer the larger view of a workstation. Mobility Safe is designed to present the same core facility workflow across those environments while allowing the interface to adapt to the available screen.

MOBILE

Phones

Mobile access is intended for staff who spend most of the shift away from a desk. Phones can provide quick access to mobility profiles, assistance requests, alerts, and other focused actions closer to the point where the mobility task is occurring.

MOBILE

Tablets

Tablets provide more screen space while remaining portable. They can support mobility-profile review, therapy updates, interdisciplinary discussion, and other workflows where staff benefit from seeing more information without returning to a fixed workstation.

WORKSTATION

Computers

Desktop and workstation views are designed for broader navigation and administrative tasks. Nursing stations, therapy departments, and facility leadership can use the larger workspace for account management, profile review, facility controls, communication, and operational oversight.

MOBILITY PROFILES

Important Mobility Guidance Without the Guesswork.

Mobility Profiles turn therapy-established recommendations into a concise point-of-care view. Depending on the resident's current needs, the profile can communicate assistance level, number of staff required, assistive device, transfer guidance, precautions, mobility instructions, and update status. The profile is not intended to replace the medical record; it provides a focused operational view of the mobility information most relevant to everyday movement and transfers.

ASSISTANCE REQUESTS

Ask for Help Without Searching the Hallways.

Assistance Requests are designed for situations in which a mobility task should not be completed by one person alone. Staff can identify the appropriate department or team, specify the location, and communicate what assistance is needed. The receiving staff member can understand the request before responding, helping replace the familiar workflow of leaving the area and searching the building for another person.

PRIVACY-CONSCIOUS DESIGN

Designed to Keep the Workflow Focused on Mobility.

Mobility Safe is being developed as a focused operational system rather than a replacement EHR or general-purpose clinical messaging platform. Facility-controlled access, role awareness, resident identifiers, and privacy reminders are intended to keep everyday communication centered on the mobility task. The design encourages staff to communicate what is needed to coordinate the task without unnecessarily expanding the message into a full clinical record.

01

Role-Based Access

Facility accounts can be organized around authorized roles so the organization determines who can enter its Mobility Safe environment and what type of workflow each staff member needs.

02

Privacy Reminders

Messaging areas can remind users to keep communication limited to mobility, assistance, location, and other approved task information rather than placing unnecessary personal information into a request.

03

Facility Controls

Facility leadership can manage staff accounts, access status, wearable assignments, and other operational settings so Mobility Safe remains tied to the facility's authorized user environment.
