Mobility Profiles
Mobility Profiles answer the most immediate question at the point of
care: "How is this resident supposed to move right now?" Authorized
staff can review assistance level, number of staff required,
assistive-device information, transfer approach, mobility instructions,
precautions, and other task-specific guidance. Profiles are intended to
make current mobility recommendations easier to reach without requiring
staff to search through unrelated information.

Request Assistance
Request Assistance is designed for the moment one staff member knows a
second person is needed. The request can identify the department,
location, and mobility task so another team member has context before
responding. This creates a direct operational alternative to walking
through the building, calling multiple areas, or leaving the resident
while trying to locate available help.

Staff Communication
Staff Communication keeps conversation attached to the mobility
workflow rather than becoming an unrestricted general chat system.
Team members can respond to requests, provide relevant updates, and
follow the status of mobility-related needs while keeping communication
focused on location, assistance, transfer needs, and other task-relevant
details.

Alerts & Notifications
Alerts & Notifications provide awareness when something requires
attention instead of expecting staff to repeatedly check the system.
Assistance requests, mobility-profile activity, relevant updates, and
other configured events can be surfaced to the appropriate user or team
so important activity is easier to recognize during a busy shift.

Update Awareness
Update Awareness helps answer a different question: "How current is
this mobility information?" Date-based status indicators and review
awareness can help therapy and facility staff recognize recently updated
profiles and identify information that may be approaching a facility's
preferred review interval. This supports organization without replacing
professional reassessment or clinical judgment.

Facility Administration
Facility Administration is the operational side of Mobility Safe.
Authorized administrators can manage facility access, staff accounts,
user roles, wearable assignments, account status, and other facility
controls. This allows each organization to manage who can enter its
Mobility Safe environment rather than treating every user or facility
as part of one unrestricted system.

Keep Communication Focused on the Task.
Mobility Safe is being designed around a limited-purpose communication
model. Routine assistance messages are intended to focus on the
location, mobility task, assistance requirement, and approved resident
identifier rather than encouraging staff to place unnecessary names,
diagnoses, or unrelated medical information into everyday messages.
Access controls, privacy reminders, and facility-managed accounts
support that focused approach.
